Refund policy

Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded. If a file is damaged, won’t open, or you didn’t receive it, email support@idlerobot.ai with your order number within 14 days and we will resend the files or fix the issue. If you were charged twice or by mistake, email us within 14 days and we will review and correct the billing error.
